Why are so many uninhabited cities still being built in China? Dateline returns to update one of its most watched stories, China's Ghost Cities, to find out.

China has created a city which replicates Paris, complete with it's own Eiffel Tower and Champs Elysee.

With China's population and prosperity growing at a rapid rate, Adrian also asks an expert if it's all good urban forward planning or an economic bubble that's about to burst.

"It's said that there are around 64 million empty apartments in China."
