Haydon Corporation, a U.S.-owned, U.S.-based manufacturer of high-performance metal framing and rooftop support systems, announces a major upgrade to its popular H-BLOCK® Rooftop Support System, reinforcing its commitment to jobsite safety, product sustainability, and construction efficiency.
Engineered for commercial and industrial rooftop applications, the H-BLOCK® Standard and Mini product lines will feature a newly designed ANSI Z535.1 safety orange end cap, improving rooftop visibility and reducing trip hazards in high-traffic mechanical areas. The new end caps are made from the same high-performance material used in stadium seating, eliminating the need for surface painting and increasing field durability.

Haydon’s H-BLOCK® Rooftop Support Systems are:
- Made in the USA with 100% recycled, domestically sourced rubber
- Pre-assembled for fast installation with no roof penetration required
- Tested for extreme environments, including UV resistance and freeze/thaw performance to -40°C
- Membrane safe and compatible with most rooftop materials
- Designed to support HVAC systems, ductwork, conduit, pipe, solar racking, and more
The full product line is compression-tested to meet ASTM D575 Modified and is available in multiple sizes and capacities, including:
- Mini (400 lb. uniform load capacity)
- Standard (2,500 lb. uniform load capacity)
- Mega (7,500 lb. uniform load capacity)
The enhanced H-BLOCK® line complies with the Buy American Act, Build America, Buy America Act, American Reinvestment Recovery Act, and is LEED certifiable. The updated models are expected to begin shipping nationwide in July 2025.
