March 12, 2026 – Haydon Corporation, a U.S.-owned, U.S.-based national manufacturer of metal framing and rooftop support systems, has completed UL-certified Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) for six core H-STRUT® Metal Framing profiles manufactured at its Stockton, California facility, providing project teams with independently verified cradle-to-gate environmental impact data for specification and procurement.
The UL EPD Certified Mark indicates that UL Solutions has independently reviewed and certified the manufacturer’s environmental impact disclosure that constitutes the EPD.
The certified declarations cover H-STRUT® profiles H-132, H-164, H-112, H-122, H-134, and H-172. Each EPD is facility-specific and reports cradle-to-gate environmental impact data in accordance with ISO 14025 and ISO 21930 standards.
“Providing transparent, third-party verified environmental data is an important step in supporting our customers’ sustainability goals,” said Kate Schuster, Vice President, Commercial. “As demand grows for domestically manufactured products with documented environmental impact disclosures, we’re committed to equipping our partners with the credible data to support specification and responsible material selection.”
H-STRUT® metal framing is used to support mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. The UL-certified EPDs provide architects, engineers, contractors, and distributors with verified data to support LEED documentation, embodied carbon analysis, and broader ESG initiatives.
