The American Public Transportation Association’s 2025 TRANSform conference brought together more than 3,200 transit leaders in Boston to network, learn from their peers and attend panel discussions. Topics included financing, public-private partnerships, federal policy and the emerging use of artificial intelligence and automated transit. Newly appointed Federal Transit Administrator Marcus Molinaro spoke and took questions from the audience.
APTA President and CEO Paul Skoutelas said the public transportation industry is “experiencing unprecedented momentum” following five years of increasing ridership.
